Can improve by setting a fix number, allowing full ownership and clear and transparent pricing.

Let me provide you with just some of the many reasons why: #1 The demeanor of the owner, Billy is saturated with respect for the customer, honesty, genuine warmth and immense knowledge of his products and the effects of lighting on the design of your property. #2 The office staff, led by Denise is outstanding in their attention to detail, willingness to immediately respond to needs of the customer, and most of all, a warm, "happy to be at work" upbeat personality. #3 The crew of the company begins with arriving on time as scheduled, being pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable. They were willing to answer questions and ameliorate concerns.They paid strict attention to protecting my property, especially the landscaping, during the installation, and cleaning up after they were finished. In addition, the owner returns to the job to check on satisfaction with the service his company provided and to tweet the lighting job to his personal perfection needs. Can anyone ask for more? Just need to add that we were so pleased with Nite-Light that we contracted for a second job---accent lighting for our backyard trees! So excited with this company.
